Does Picture Magic work on any BlackBerry?

Picture Magic will work on any BlackBerry with Operating System version 4.3 or newer.

Yes, Picture Magic will work on touch screen BlackBerry phones.

Unfortunately, Picture magic only works on the BlackBerry platform.

How long does the free trial period last?

Once you download Picture Magic you will be able to try it as long as you like. Keep in mind that the trial version will not allow you to save the modifications you have made to your photos using Picture Magic. In order to save your photos you must buy the full version.

Can I download more items to add to my pictures?

Currently you cannot import your own items to add into your pictures using Picture Magic. Newer version of Picture Magic will have new and different items for you to add to your pictures.

Will I be able to save the photos I create using Picture Magic?

Yes all photos modified using Picture Magic can be saved but you must buy the full version of Picture Magic. The save feature has been disabled in the trial version of Picture Magic.

What can I do with the photos I modified with Picture Magic?

The photos you have modified using Picture magic can be emailed to friends, co workers and family. You can also upload your photos to Facebook, Myspace and Twitter.

All versions of Picture Magic that are available for download are Evaluation Copies or trial versions. You will have to purchase an activation code that will unlock the full version.

I purchased an activation code, how do I enter the code into Picture Magic?

Before you purchase an Activation Code make sure you enter your Blackberry PIN correctly into the order form. After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email that will contain your Activation Code. You can enter the Activation Code manually into Picture Magic or click on the Activate button from within Picture Magic. Clicking the activate button will sync Picture Magic with our servers and automatically download the Activation Code into Picture Magic. If you do not receive an Activation Code please forward you purchase confirmation and BlackBerry PIN to support@magilab.com

If you bought Picture Magic on Blackberry App World, you will be prompted to copy your activation code so you can paste it later. Your activation code will also be stored in App World in the My World section. You can enter the Activation Code manually into Picture Magic or click on the Activate button from within Picture Magic. Clicking the activate button will sync Picture Magic with our servers and automatically download the Activation Code into Picture Magic and unlock the full version.

Can I resize images using Picture Magic?

No you cannot resize images using Picture Magic.

I got a new phone, why won’t Picture Magic work on my new phone?

Every version of Picture Magic has a unique activation code. You will need to purchase a new copy to get a new activation code for your new phone.
